What We Provide

- Transparent disclosure of all conflicts of interest, if any
What We Do Not Provide
- Personalized or tailored investment advice (we are a Research Analyst, not an Investment Adviser)
- Guaranteed or assured returns on any investment
- Portfolio management, execution of trades, or custody of funds or securities
- Tax planning, estate planning, or any other financial planning services
- Tips or recommendations through unverified channels such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or SMS
Rights of Investors
- Receive research reports and recommendations that are based on sound analysis and are accompanied by adequate disclosures and disclaimers.
- Receive clear information about the Research Analyst's SEBI registration status, qualifications, and fees before subscribing.
- Lodge a complaint with the Research Analyst and receive a response within 30 calendar days.
- Escalate unresolved grievances to SEBI through the SCORES portal or to the designated Smart ODR platform.
- Receive a pro-rata refund of subscription fees in the event of discontinuation of services by the Research Analyst.
- Access the investor charter, complaint data, and grievance redressal mechanism on the Research Analyst's website.
Responsibilities of Investors
- Read and understand the Most Important Terms and Conditions (MITC) before subscribing to any research service.
- Verify the SEBI registration of the Research Analyst on the SEBI website before subscribing.
- Provide accurate information during KYC and promptly update any changes in personal or contact details.
- Make independent investment decisions; research reports are not personalized advice and should be used as one input among many.
- Report any suspicious activity, misrepresentation, or non-compliance by the Research Analyst to SEBI promptly.
