How to File a Complaint
Step-by-step process for raising a grievance

Step 1: Contact Mithril Research LLP Directly

Send an email to support@mithrilresearch.in with the following details:

  • Your full name and registered email address
  • Subscription details (plan name and period)
  • Clear description of the grievance with supporting documents, if any
  • Date of the incident or issue
  • Relief or resolution sought

You will receive an acknowledgement within 3 business days. We endeavour to resolve your complaint within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Step 2: Escalate to SEBI SCORES

If your complaint is not resolved within 30 calendar days, or if you are unsatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter by filing a complaint on the SEBI SCORES (SEbi COmplaints REdress System) portal:

  1. Visit https://scores.sebi.gov.in/
  2. Register or log in with your credentials
  3. Select "Research Analyst" as the entity type and provide the SEBI registration number: INE000XXXXXX
  4. Fill in the complaint details and upload supporting documents
  5. Submit and note your SCORES complaint reference number

Step 3: Online Dispute Resolution (Smart ODR)

If the complaint remains unresolved after the SCORES process, you may initiate online dispute resolution through the SEBI-empanelled Smart ODR platform:

  1. Visit https://smartodr.in/
  2. Register on the platform and select the appropriate case type
  3. Provide your SCORES reference number and details of prior correspondence
  4. The ODR platform will facilitate conciliation or arbitration as applicable
